This £199 refundable damage deposit is required to secure your Bar in a Box booking.

It acts as a security bond to cover any potential loss or damage during your hire period.

Your deposit is fully refunded within 3–5 working days after collection, provided the equipment is returned in its original condition.

How it works:

• The deposit is paid at checkout along with your hire fee.

• Once your bar is returned and inspected, your refund is automatically processed.

• You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund has been issued.
