Disposable items (like cups and flutes) are yours to keep after the event.
Returns & Collection
Once your event is over, our Viva team will return to collect all hired equipment directly from your venue.
There’s no need to repack anything — we’ll handle everything for you, ensuring a smooth, stress-free collection
Delivery Information
- 🚚Delivery & Setup: The day before (or morning of) your event, depending on your booking.
- 📆Collection: The next working day (Mon–Fri).
We’ll confirm timings for delivery and collection once your order is placed.
Need extra time? Additional hire days can be added when booking (+£50/day).
