From Enquiry to Last Pour

How a party booking works, start to finish. Most hosts book six to eight weeks ahead — busier months (May to September, December) we'd suggest more notice. Last-minute enquiries always worth a try.

Tell us the party
Date, venue, guest count, what kind of party it is. We come back within 24 hours with a fixed quote and a suggested bar pick.

Book it in
Deposit secures the date. We confirm bar choice, taps, any add-ons, custom panel design if you want one. All in writing, all fixed.

Delivery & setup
We arrive the morning or afternoon of the party, unload, set up the bar, brief you on tap operation. You don't lift a thing.
04
You enjoy the party
Self-service, dry hire, or staffed — whichever you booked. We collect the bar the next morning. Nothing for you to do after.

See all FAQs →For weekend parties between May and September, 6–8 weeks is the sweet spot. December weekends fill up by October. For midweek parties and quieter months, a fortnight's notice is usually fine. Last-minute is always worth an ask — we keep a small buffer of weekend availability for short-notice bookings.
Most likely yes. Bar in a Box arrives on a wheeled flight case and fits through any standard external door. The full bars are larger, and The Knightsbridge larger still — we'd need access measurements before quoting. Send us a photo of the space and the route in, and we'll confirm before you book.
Both options. For Bar in a Box and Dry Hire, you supply the drinks — gives you full control over what you spend per head. For Staffed Bar, we can supply everything (spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware) and bill you for what's consumed, or you supply and we serve. Tell us how you'd prefer to do it and we'll quote both ways.
Yes — that's what The Classic is for. The front panel swaps out for a printed design of your choice: name, milestone age, hen party slogan, or a custom party theme. We mock it up for sign-off before printing. Custom panel fee applies and lead time is confirmed at quote stage.
