What procurement always asks.

Yes. We're VAT-registered and invoice against your PO number with company billing details and 30-day payment terms by default (longer terms available on request for established clients). Deposit usually invoiced on booking, balance on delivery or post-event depending on your finance team's preference.

Yes β€” public liability insurance is in place for all our events. We can provide certificate copies to your venue or H&S team on request. Most major UK venues we've worked with (hotels, conference centres, members' clubs) already have us on their approved-supplier lists.

As early as you want β€” December dates from the previous January is normal. Friday and Saturday nights from mid-November through to mid-December are the highest-demand slots and start filling from August onwards. If you're planning Christmas 2026 already, get in touch sooner rather than later to secure the date.

Common with industrial venues, warehouses, and some private hire spaces. We can arrange a Temporary Event Notice (TEN) through the local council on your behalf, or work with your venue's existing licence-holder. Tell us upfront and we'll handle the paperwork β€” needs around 10 working days lead time minimum.
