Champagne service
Coordinated pour for speeches — usually one or two glasses per guest. We line up the pour so every flute is full before the first speech starts.

His & hers cocktails
Two named cocktails on a printed menu card — custom to you. Most popular pairing we make: a fruit-led drink for one, a dark-spirit drink for the other. Built to be photogenic.

Espresso martini hour
The moment the dance floor fills. We switch from pints to cocktails for a defined window — usually 9-10pm — and pour espresso martinis to order. Tells guests the party's properly started.

Slushie machine for frozen margaritas, frozen aperol, or frozen pornstar martini. Best in good weather, garden ceremonies, and any wedding where the dress-shoes-on-grass crowd needs something to hold.

Pick the bar, the service tier, any add-ons. If you want a custom Classic panel with your names, we mock it up before sign-off.

We arrive, unload, set up, test taps. Done before guests arrive — usually two to four hours before service starts.

Staffed bar — we run it. Dry hire — we collect the next morning. Either way, the bar is one less thing on the list.

See all FAQs →Yes — on The Classic. The front panel swaps out and we can print your names, monogram, or a custom design. Send us what you want by four weeks before the wedding and we'll mock it up for sign-off. There's a small additional fee for the custom panel — we'll include it in your quote.
Usually two to four hours before service starts, depending on venue access and how much we're setting up. We coordinate directly with your venue or planner — you don't need to project-manage it. For staffed bars we arrive earlier to stock and prep.
For Dry Hire and Bar in a Box, yes — you supply the drinks. We give you a recommended quantity list based on your guest count. For Staffed Bar we supply everything and build the menu with you. Either route, we never charge corkage on your own drinks.
Stairs, narrow gates, soft ground, marquee thresholds — we've seen all of it. Our bars are wheeled but breakdown into manageable sections. Tell us upfront and we'll plan around it. Worst case, we recommend Bar in a Box, which arrives by pallet and is far easier to manoeuvre.
